Figure out data interface for 2110

    The data store for 2110 files should be good (a dict of DataStore1001's, AUX and DEP vars, for each IVAR as dict keys), but the user-facing interface is still unclear. Might need some convenience access functions.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
