Adjust sphinx documentation so it works with PyPi packaging

    README.md, INSTALL.rst ... (used by PyPi) should be reused in docs/source/ for Sphinx documentation, so we do not write it twice.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
