Docs: how to populate normalComments (usage examples)

usage example shows how to add special comment lines, but doesn't show how to populate the normal comments.

also, the freeform comments is just a list, and it should be populated using append, i.e. by appending strings where each string represents one line. So it must not have a \n newline char at the end!

Same goes for the specialComments block.
